Food was not great. I got the chicken sandwich thinking it would be one similar to Popeyes or any other chicken sandwich. Wound up being two frozen chicken fingers/nuggets on a school lunch style bun with limp shredded lettuce. The herb mayo and pickles were ok but that’s not the main component of a “King” sandwich. Sweet potato fries were a big portion but were mushy and not seasoned at all. I suggest putting salt and pepper on them, cmon guys. Plantains were also a big portion and were ok, some were burnt/overcooked but overall ok. I put some salt on them too for flavor.

Overall my suggestion for you guys is to season your food!! And offer higher quality than what I received. Disappointing, was looking forward to trying you out. Positives were the place was clean/modern and your staff seemed friendly so the environment is good, just...

I like the food from there but the service not so much!!! I work two blocks away from there and two days before Christmas my boss wants to buy food for everyone twenty employees so I call to get my order I was in charge of the food and when I called I asked if they have pupusa because I wanted to order different things and the lady who answered the phone told me that they don't have time for small orders!!! Really!!!! For twenty people small order. Well I spent the elsewhere. The date was December the 23rd around 12pm. She was so rude that I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that she or he wasn't there and she don't know when the manager be there!!!! So I stop here for the first time ever saw the name and why not let try this out. So chicken was good but is not cut into smaller pieces the rice come in a different container and has no salt but I'm ok with that and the fríes are smaller but they make sure you get enough of them. So you order the full chicken 🐔 and it wasn't dry or over cook, and you get 3 container which is not bad. Prices just a bit higher than what you expected. But not much.
