After visiting several prom stores, we made an appointment with Brilliance Formal and met with Massiel! From the moment we stepped into the shop, she was very welcoming and attentive! We found a dress (which was 1/3 the price at the other stores) but my daughter was not sold and she told us to sleep on it! We called the next day and ordered the dress! The dress came in quickly but needed some minor alterations which were done to perfection! We came in for a final fitting and the dress looked amazing on her and she LOVED it.
