Even with appointments I always have to wait Wendy the owner is always behind she does my nails. Not the first time, today I had an appointment walked in place very quiet the worker there informed me Wendy went for coffee and after a few minutes she called Wendy and I heard her tell the worker to tell me she would be there and wait. After 15 minutes I left you do not go run errands when you have appointments coming in. She is well aware I am always on time and also knows I do not drive I am 70yrs old and my husband has to wait in the car it is very cold outside she has no respect and I do not have to wait anymore going elsewhere please note she was tipped above and beyond always , won't miss her you need to respect your clients and not take them for granted...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would this girl just cut a hole in the side of my toes and I'm around her to leave it alone and she can't understand​ me at all.. First they told me to come in 20 min I showed up in 15 waited for 5 mins then they put me in the pedi chair where I waited an additional 40 mins before someone came over at this point the water is now cold... The girl can't understand a word I'm saying and now I have a huge cut on my toe....I have been here once before and they burned my foot with water decided after a year or so to give it another try worst mistake ever do...

I had such a wonderful experience at Top Top Nail Salon. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The salon was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere.

Vivian was professional and detail-oriented—she took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I got a gel manicure and a spa pedicure, and both turned out flawless. The color selection was amazing.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and pampering nail...
