Soi Siam Thai street food — Restaurant in Middleton

The outdoor vibe and very cute little nook makes we feel like we are in Thailand especially “the heat” 😆 joke aside the FOOD was amazing! The drunken noodles has enough amount of spice as it supposed to and packed with flavor. The noodle was cooked to perfection with the chewy texture! The shrimp tempura batter was airy and not greasy. Tom yum has the good balance of sweet n sour.

The owners are very polite and friendly. Even with their back to back orders, they still came out to greet us like seeing old friends.

Highly recommended! Or if anyone plans to get Richard’s across the street, I would suggest stop by SoiSiam first and it will make the ice cream taste even better!

My husband and I were in Boston for an indoor track and field meet - and on our way home, we stopped at Soi Siam. We wanted something tasty and fresh AND our food didn’t disappoint! The owners were friendly, too! I had the shrimp mango salad (loads of mango), my husband had the mango fried rice and we split the chicken satay (best satay ever). We ate onsite, in the new indoor shelter attached to the food truck (with an electrical fireplace heater). If you decide to eat onsite during winter, bring a hat. We were on our way to get some ice cream in Richardson when we stumbled upon a unique spot. We decided to check it out, and to our delight, we discovered Soi Siam Thai street food. It was our first time trying it, and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing! The owner, Bank, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help us navigate the menu. We ended up trying the delicious money bags (you can spot them in the picture), indulged in scallion pancakes, and savored the scrumptious samosas (also featured in the picture).
