I called these guys after I had yet another horrible experience with apple customer service and the apple store. I was desperate. my macbook pro wouldn’t boot up anymore and I had nothing backed up because I had never had any issue with it before. Apple claimed nothing they could do because it was vintage. Imagine bringing your car to the dealer and they tell you they don’t work on 6 year old cars. lol. Also the shops apple referred me to also said there was nothing they could do because they have a deal with apple and apple they can’t do any work apple can’t do. What a bunch of bs. Luckily before I Frisbee my mac out the window I pulled up google maps and found this place. When I called they answered right away. Amazing! They actually seemed to understand what I was talking about. Weird! Long story short my motherboard was fried. They gave me a great deal on a similar refurbished macbook and had all my data onto it within a day. Henry was great. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Hopefully I will never have to go back to the dreaded apple...

Recently crashed my MacBook Pro after installing Catalina (Don't do it!) and was not in the mood for the local Apple store.

After a web search, I found Experimax in Middleton, MA.

Dropped in and discussed my issues with Henry Pham; attentive, knowledgeable and courteous he explained my options and took care of the problem.

A couple of days after the repair I had a problem that was likely my fault and I returned to the store. I purchased a used laptop as a back-up and the original was fixed and restored with no charge.

As a consumer, I have priorities; I want to be listened to, I want results and I want a fair price. Mr. Pham did a great job in meeting my needs and with my computers squared away I left a happy man!

Experimax, Middleton earned a new customer.

I had the best experience in this store. I took my mac to an apple store because I could not turn it on. They said they checked it in the back and told me that they couldn't turn it on and have to sent it out for diagnosis for which I had to pay around $300. So I went to a data recovery place to get all the data recovered and heard about this place for them. I am impressed by how professional and at the same time personable Drew was in explaining what's wrong with my computer. To my surprise he was able to turn my computer on unlike what the Apple store said. He fixed my mac for much cheaper of what would have cost me to get the diagnosis at the Apple store. Also the turn around was very quick. I am very satisfied with the result and all the additional information he gave me on how to take care of my MAC to maximize its life....
