La Main Italian Pizzeria — Restaurant in Middleton

I have found a contender for new favorite pizza. This place strikes perfect balance in every category. The dough is soft, with the right amount of crisp. It plays great service to the top-notch sauce which has the perfect amount of sweet. The cheese was probably my favorite part though. This place is not afraid of flavor! It's powerful, zesty, and has many notes. I asked the owners what kind of cheese they use and was told they do a combo of cheeses including AMERICAN. This was shocking to me as I've never had American on my pizza. Needless to say they are pulling it off.

While sitting in the porch at their location on 114, overlooking Richardson's vast pastures, I pushed my family to think of a pizza in this flavor tier. Really hard pressed. We loved it so much, we got more pizza to go and then ordered a sublime crepe and took some sauce to go.

How is there a gem like this hiding in plain sight? An easy A / 9.5/10.

I already knew that this pizza was going to be amazing before I even tried it. That was based off the other reviews and pictures. Better than what I thought. I dont typically do reviews but I had to for this food. I am so upset that I didn’t realize they existed prior to today. I got the 4 cheese pizza with meatballs added. I took away the Gorgonzola. Crust is so flavorful and crispy. The meatballs and cheeses all taste amazing. I also got the bruschetta which was delicious as well. Plus they used good quality aged balsamic. House made tiramisu was good as well. No complaints what so ever. I highly recommend. The best part is that it is not overpriced at all. 36 dollars for it all plus a an organic cane sugar root beer. We've had their pizza twice in 2 weeks. 1st time, the Hawaiian, w/ Pineapple, Ham, And Smoked Bacon. Really good, and the Smoked Bacon, OMG!!! Pineapple is a heavy topping on a thin crust, so just fold it or use utensils. The 2nd time, we had 1/2 Pepperoni and 1/2 Italian Sausage. So good! The Pep. slices are huge and tasty, and easy enough to bite through. And, the sausage is real Italian Sausage, not the fake stuff a lot of places use.
