Absolute joke of a store. Went in to pay $252—straight from the bank, counted by machine—and somehow the manager Jerry and a loudmouthed employee managed to get the count wrong. I asked to count it myself, and that’s when the female staff member, who wasn’t even part of the transaction, got aggressive and disrespectful. She kept mouthing off, even after being told by her manager to stop—twice. Then she started harassing my daughter, making nasty, judgmental comments based on her appearance.

This behaviour is disgusting and unprofessional. I’ve since moved my account—and my daughter’s—to the Harrisburg location, where they admitted they’ve had nothing but trouble from the Middletown branch. Jerry had the nerve to tell me to stop cursing, while his staff verbally attacked us. I’m 53 years old and won’t be talked down to by some clueless amateurs. I have since transferred my account to the harrisburg store.

Avoid this place. No professionalism, no respect, and clearly no idea how to treat...

The manager of this location is......well you decide. I went in to pick up a small dryer and he put it in my station wagon. I asked him to wait for me to pull the dryer forward to clear the hatch. No sooner did I get in the car and the manager slammed my hatch shut on the dryer, shattering the hatch door glass! THEN TRIED TO LIE AND SAT MY HATCH FELL SHUT, BUT IT HAS THOSE THINGS THAT KEEP IT FROM SLAMMING DOWN, HE LIED!!! IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH, HE WENT BACK IN THE STORE LIKE HE DIDN'T CARE!!! We have had an account with this particular aarons for around a year. Pretty good service up until recently. I went in a week ago on Monday and inquired about a power wall hugging sofa. Was shown one on the computer, and was assured it was powered and smaller than 87 inches wide. It was supposed to be here last week but everytime I called they told me a new date and time. Well it was delivered today. Its not powered, or smaller. Its 89 inches wide and lever reclining. The delivery guys were cool and professional.
