We made an appointment to get prom makeup done, they took a deposit, a day before the appointment the request for appointment confirmation came and we confirmed the appointment. The day of the appointment she was running a bit late at her hair appointment so I called to see if we could push her appointment a few minutes later. I was then told that they had no makeup artists scheduled to work today and they would not be able to keep her appointment.
