If you're not a regular, don't even bother coming in! Unattentive service, assumes you come there every day and makes you feel bad for not knowing the menu. I was told I could build my own sandwich, "just tell me what you want on it", I said I'd have a wrap with greens and hummus and some bacon and egg. She said "so a bacon and egg sandwich"?
