I walked into Michaels on a Sunday, had to get some supplies for my granddaughters school project. The terminal was stuck in my transaction, I couldn't pay for the second part of my purchase because I was slitting the payment cash and card. But the terminal was frozen. The two ladies helping me were absolutely fantastic. I wish I had gotten their names. These ladies rallied together to solve the problem, after a minute or so, one of the lovely ladies pulled out her personal gift card and completed the purchase for me. I was honestly blown away by the kindness and problem solving skills ig these ladies. I want Michaels to know these ladies are amazing. You could really tell she enjoyed her job and helping people. I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I went back up to the front and she was more than happy to point me in the right direction.
