Stopped in to H&R block as a walk-in and an exceptionally nice oriental lady came to greet me and asked what she could do to help me, mind you 2 other gentlemen working that had no clients @ the time but this young lady did I over heard which I'm assuming was her supervisor downgrade and belittle this woman so badly that I almost walked out and I'm mad at myself for not speaking up 4 her because she walked away from the man with her head down like she did something wrong! The way he talked to her was the unprofessionalism I have ever heard let alone him doing it where the clients/customers could hear!! Shame on you I think I have the name of the gentlemen but before I post it hear and not be 100% accurate I'm going to confirm it on Monday morning as well as report him!! This shopping center has really gone downhill and whoever owns that property really needs to invest some money into modernizing, cleaning up, brining in quality tenants, clearing out empty sites, and fixing the parking lot. The resale shop there always has stuff littered all over the sidewalk it is so small and they've got so much stuff crammed in there you can't even walk around they landlord needs to go in and think about the fire and safety hazard in that specific shop. I miss the good ole days when you could walk into the Middletown Mall and have Sooo many shops to explore in. A Candy shop, a Cookie shop, footwear, different designer clothing shops, an arcade, Bible Store, Claire's, Specially Bath and Body Works! Even Zales! They had Sears, Macy's, and other great shops there! They long since moved away and now some are not even in business any more. Thats so sad! I miss all those shops there! You could walk around the mall and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere. Now its so empty. Hard to look at. But I can close my eyes and still see...
