Very bad customer service experience, Will definitely not even try to go back to this location, Meriden location way better too bad I don’t still live in Meriden too get from them, Way better experience with Meriden. Angie was not very helpful and did not have very good customer service I made a mouth payment on an item and she left me hanging did not give me a date to deliver I called her more then 5 times for the past 2 days and a guy would answer saying she was never available to talk. I finally went down and she was just sitting there doing nothing. Then she told me it will be delivered on Thursday I said ok. Half hour went by and she called me saying I needed two more references seeing my dad did not know my number so that made him a bad reference seeing he did not know my number by heart and had too look my number up. My refrigerator stopped working a couple days ago called up Rent-A-Center Middletown spoke to Sonia not only did she hook me up with a fridge that fits the space better but matches all of my other Samsung appliances better than my current fridge ever did. And she got it delivered to me in 48 hours because my fridge had broken. 10 out of 10 will go back to Sonia when I need to replace my stove which should be pretty soon. Louis and Devon came to deliver they were on point they were very quick they were very gentle didn't hurt a single thing. Big fan...

If you care to just pay for items, you did not receive…….. when it was brought to the manager attention ,I received a lot of empty promises of “oh yes we are sorry you will be receiving the money that you paid .”Manager swore he put a call into his corporate manager and they would be refunding my money ( corporate ( must be far away in space)WeLL it’s been months and a lot of lip Service !!!Im out 500 plus dollars.
