I have used CVS as my pharmacy in the last 2 yrs in Las Vegas 1st, then Hebron,CT then in Middletown since moving here in April this year. Never had a problem in Las Vegas or Hebron. When I moved to Middletown I asked CVS if my prescriptions could be transferred from Hebron to Middletown & was told yes. Since then I get messages from CVS whenever a prescription is automatically refilled or asking if I want them to contact my provider to get a refill . Several weeks ago I called to get a syringe refill, had a friend pick it up (don't own a car & am now 80yrs old) & when I opened the box it contained the WRONG syringes! ( I use 2 different syringes for 2 different diabetes formulas.) A friend took me to CVS & I gave the bag containing 6 boxes of the incorrect syringes back & spoke to someone in the pharmacy about what happened & reordered the correct syringes. At no time then was I informed the prescription was out of date or never transferred from Hebron CVS. A couple of hours ago someone did me a favor & picked up the 5 prescriptions waiting for me & stopped at my apt.bldg to leave them with me. When I got back to my apt. I found the original 6 boxes of the WRONG syringes plus 6 MORE of them, leaving me having to reuse the same syringe over & over again. When I called the pharmacy & finally spoke to someone she gave me a complete runaround, & NOW I just learned the prescription needed had run out & was not sent from the Hebron CVS. So, I guess I'll be using the same syringe 3 times a day 'til I can get new...

Read moreWorst pharmacy you could possibly go to. Had my wisdom teeth removed, my doctor put in the pain med script 3 hrs prior to me arriving at this place I showed up at the drive thru @ 11:30 and the girl tells me that oh she needs to go count them and put them in the bottle still and to wait there, so I do. 30 mins later a different woman comes to the window and said to come back 2 HOURS later because they are now heading to lunch. I told her the other lady said she’d be right there with it and she said it didn’t matter come back later. So I had to drive an hour home (the only reason I went to this terrible cvs was because it was the closest to my dentist and on the way home. And doctor said I would need them asap) my local pain meds wore off, I was in excruciating pain and had to send my husband to go get the meds because I couldn’t take another hour drive in that state. He gets there and still has to wait 30 mins for the prescriptions to be filled. Not my first run in with rude and inconsiderate people at this place but this was the final straw and I won’t...
