I recently came into the tanning salon as a new client who moved into Middletown from the Baltimore area and I was absolutely blown away by how exceptional my experience was. Emily (Manager) and Alanna were phenomenal! They both took the time to kindly and professionally answer all of my questions and tour me through the salon. While Emily toured me through the salon, she was soo passionate and excited to tell me about each piece of equipment and what she loves about each one to achieve her desired skin tones. Alanna recommended I buy the "Super Nova" tanning lotion and I absolutely love it. Once I was ready to start using the salon services (tan, spray and red light), Alanna took the time to escort me to each piece of equipment and made sure I felt comfortable using it independently before she left the room. Both Emily an Alanna were soo eager and pleased to help guide me in a skin care journey that they felt was best tailored to me. I have also had awesome experiences with Emily H., Cassidy C., and Abby. All of these girls are just soo sweet, hard working, and are always ready to help a client! Whether that means quickly preparing a room for a client who is waiting for their desired bed, making tanning lotion/product recommendations, or helping clients find that perfect wardrobe addition from the adorable boutique in the salon, these girls are on it! The salon was also super clean and you can tell that the rooms, beds and other various pieces of equipment are maintained with the standard of nothing less than perfection. I am also a firm believer of, "You get what you pay for"..... Buy the expensive lotions and buy the packages/memberships for the nicest...

Horrible experience the last couple of months and I've been going here for a year with them telling me one price and then a week later it's a different price and them trying to take money out of my account after I already paid up front is ridiculous one girl that says something and then another girl say something totally different very horrible the tanning beds are fine the girls need more training on explaining things to people and then they told me that there was a glitch in the computer that's why they charged my account tried to take $90 out of my account after I already paid them that up front it's a glitch in the computer. Sum of the girls have attitudes especially the manager the one with the brown hair and 👓 very rude and she pushes products on people especially if we tell her no she keeps pushing and pushing if I need something I will definitely get it overall experience did not like it supposed to come and relax...

Such an all-around GREAT experience with this salon in Middletown. I joined in March and cannot say enough about it. The staff is just so friendly and accommodating. Anything you need or questions you have are quickly answered and the one-on-one attention is like no other place. They make the time to take care of you individually.

The other thing that is exceptional is their line of products. The tanning lotions, moisturizers, you name it, they have it and are willing to share their knowledge of them and what would be best for you and your needs and skin type .

The one and probably most enticing things to me, however, is their line of clothes, jewelry, shoes, handbags, hats, and other accessories that they have to offer. I have to be honest, their selection is GREAT and I am always excited when I go in to see what's new. I highly recommend you check them out, not just for tanning but all the other great things they...
