I went today to pick out some balloons for a friend’s birthday. I had never been in before. The lady that greeted me seemed a little frazzled. She said for me to choose from something that was already blown up in the store because she didn’t have time to make anything. I agreed. Not a big deal to me.. I was then looking at the birthday cards and she asked if I was ready to check out. She said she was in a hurry. I thought that was kind of rude and explained that I would like to pick out a card.
