Came here for dinner Poor service and mediocre food

After being seated, the waitress did not take our drink order but the next customers seated did have their drink order taken immediately

Ordered the honey chicken and sweet & sour chicken, also asked for the cream cheese wontons but they never arrived

The chicken is very dry and rough in texture They do not cover the chicken in honey sauce, it is on the side and does not have the correct texture/ a strong taste

Bro decided to pay for my meal. Food was not good. It was so bad that he gave me his food even though he was the one craving Chinese food to begin with. I only ate it the next day so that I wouldn’t be wasting food. And I had to throw bbq sauce from DG on the food to make it better. The guy at the register was pretty cool and laid back. If you’re honest to yourself and you’re comparing this food to other places, it’s not good. If you are going out to eat with people you care about. Don’t go here. Ordered through Favor on 12/21/2024. Food arrived in about thirty minutes but that’s the only positive thing I can say. We went with the house lo mein and the sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice. The rice and lo mein noodles were the edible parts of this meal. The shrimp in the lo mein tasted extremely old and fishy. The sweet and sour chicken is drier than the Sahara and was probably cooked two days ago. Nothing was seasoned at all. I covered my noodles in 3 packs of soy and it was still bland. I will not order from Kuo’s again....
