Cristiani's Jewelers, and specifically Gail and David, were an absolute pleasure to work with. I was looking for a particular Rolex and could not find it anywhere. Luckily, I e-mailed Cristiani's Jewelers and they responded immediately and informed me that they had the specific model I was looking for! Within a couple of days, I traveled out to their store and purchased the timepiece from them. Both Gail and David were extremely welcoming, kind, and friendly. Such down to earth people, which is a lovely characteristic to have when dealing with high-dollar items like they do. They made the entire process feel so comfortable. You have to understand, I’m not one to leave a bad review but, Christianis is so ridiculously rude I have to. The man talked to me like I was an idiot for not knowing anything about a Rolex. All I needed was a battery in my Rolex and I would’ve been out of the door no problem. Instead, he wanted to sell me a way over priced battery and send my watch off to Dallas to get it completely serviced which would’ve cost way more. It might have been the fact that I’m 22 and he didn’t take me seriously but I’ll tell you one thing he was mistaken. I took my Rolex to Sam L Majors off of wadley and they put a new battery in for $20 and the watch runs perfect. I took a watch here to get it appraised that I got for my birthday. The staff here were very professional and did a really great job. They took a little bit longer than usual because they couldn't find the exact style. I really appreciate their dedication to make sure that they get it just right. They provided me with a much needed appraisal receipt for my insurance. They were the cheapest appraisal in town and I feel like the most professional. Other places that i called told me they would have to send it off and it would take 2 weeks, not to mention the fact that i felt talked down to on the phone.
