Rude! Sell low quality boots. We bought a pair of kid's bear paw boots from this store and after a few wears the heel split open on the bottom. I was told they were worn hard and the inserts were removed. Umm first of all they are boots and yes they were wore outside! Second of all there were no inserts when I bought them. I've never seen bear paws fall apart like this before. So they denied my return. They were purchased Dec 2nd and split open Dec 10th. I used to shop here weekly. I...

To my acknowledgment Marshalls is a store that offers name brand and high quality merchandise at a lower price, due to the fact that It might have been a defective item that couldn't or could not be sold so it's there in the store severely discounted at a lower price which is awesome! Most of the time the human eye cannot even notice the difference in the item with any defects to it! Always great deals...

Just totally love this store!!! Staff bent over backwards helping me find things. Searched for a smaller minature cupcake pan. Reached for things high on the shelf. Bent down low searching through the baking pans for me. My handicap cart was overflowing with purchases. Think the mgr. took an armful of items upfront for me at the checkout counter.
