Harbor Freight — Local services in Midland

Received coupons to purchase the 3 Ton Low Profile Professional Rapid floor jack for $124.99 instead of their normal price at $169.99. (Their online price is $147.99). Was denied due to the sale only being for their members. To remind you, the coupon book sent via email does not state anything about having to be a member to partake in the sale, neither does the tag in the store. The employee tried to say that i had the wrong jack and was trying to point out the 2 ton jack that was $99 and that is the one i was thinking about, not the 3 ton... To remind you, the add/coupon book sent via email shows pics and SKU numbers to match the exact one in the store i was trying to purchase so no, i did not have the wrong one. You guys already opened and you lost...

Manager and employees are great issue is with customer service themselves I bought predator 900w generator last year spent $900 all together for it. I didn't get the warranty that part is on me. My biggest issue is you can't even buy the major parts that fails. This generator could be 3 years old and fail problem would still be the same. Kind of glad it happened now before I bought one for my parents and my brother. I took great care of it and it failed me when I needed it with no help but a sorry. I will no longer be shopping at Harbor freight because of this. I don't recommend buying thier generators...

They have been helpful every time I went in and ask me if I'm looking for anything specific (: they don't have everything they have in other locations and because this is Midland Michigan I'm not surprised, stores in midland are scarce and this is the only town I've lived in where i CONSISTANTLY have the issue of stores saying they have a product in physical atorr and then I get there and they DO NOT. (and i have lived in a multitude of states ranging west to east coast and a plethora of towns in each state.) That being said, what this store says they have in stock, they always do....
