I love 💚 this store! I literally could spend days in here😊, especially during Christmas time! This stop at Michaels was totally impromptu. While finding directions to our appointment, I saw Michaels located nearby our destination. When home, we are located minimally 45 minutes from any Michaels stores, so of course we had to stop! This was the first time we had been to the Cadillac store. We did not get to spend much time in this branch of Michaels, as we had a pretty full schedule and nothing could be moved easily. So I picked my priority destinations within Michaels, and headed out past the check out area. Of course my #1 priority in any kind of store is Clearance! I did not even have to ask where the Thanksgiving /fall clearance aisles were it which were perfectly located as soon as you walkeClearrthe door! nd a first time for this location. As usual the beautiful entryway "sets" on display. As a whole, these mini "sets" gave incoming customers a feeling of cheer, saygun feelinhhey had just a hint of Christmas 🎄⛄...
Read moreThis is the 3rd Michael's store I'd been to, and my 1st time at this store. I've never been so completely impressed & heartened (& brought to tears) as I have with the level of professionalism & absolute compassion displayed by 2 amazing employees at this location. Lea started checking me out & willingly put my items on hold while I grabbed more. She was so patient & helpful. She needed to get help from Amy with something on the register, & Amy was very prompt & cheerful to come. My husband and I had quite a time trying to maneuver the application for a Michael's card. The grace, patience, & understanding these women showed while we all struggled with this, as well as their teamwork with each other, was absolutely above & beyond the call of duty. Applause, praise, 5 stars, & many thanks to Amy and Lea. My experience was beyond exceptional because of them. I'll definitely be back now! THANK YOU...
Read moreI would give Michaels a no star rating if possible...I stopped with my daughter and granddaughter to purchase a frame...reached up to an upper shelf to grab my frame on tiptoes and all the adjacent frames slid off hitting my head and damaging my eyeglasses-just missed hitting our toddler and smashed on the floor...I complained to a clerk and she found the acting manager who said the frames that fell “were improperly stocked”...they were placed in front of the wire rail system instead of behind it. We filled out an incident report...the general manager then filed the report...I found out later that the report had been changed by this manager to say that the frames were properly stocked and they would not pay my eyeglass repair. I have never been much of a Michaels fan but now I am totally disgusted with their unethical and dangerous practices...shoppers beware...spend your...
