I visited your store knowing nothing about dab rigs, the tools and how to use them, the names of each piece and what it is used for, and what works best for beginners. I didn't make it 6 feet into the store when Tory, who was helping another customer, greeted me and my husband.

When that transaction was completed, she asked if we needed help. We indicated "yes, a lot" and she was right over. She started by telling us about what was on sale, almost as to comfort me, as I was concerned about prices. She explained each rig and it's pros and cons. Tory suggested a style that she thought that I'd be happy with. She then led us over to the cabinets with the other supplies and helped us to decide upon those items. She wasn't pushy.

Tory is the best passive salesperson that I have seen in my lifetime career in hiring sales people. Tory is an asset to your company. Quite frankly, I've been in that particular store before and she was just as on cue as she was for this visit. The other employees, not so much. They're nice and informative but, this young lady takes the cake.

If I were still in sales, I'd gladly steal her from your employment and give her a store to run. If she's already a manager, she really needs to be at the corporate office. Don't let this one go. She's making you good money. I had intended on only spending around $30. I spent $108 in total that day (over 3 transactions.)

Good, faithful, honest, hard working employees are extremely hard to find, especially in these last few years. Let me start my review by saying I've spent a small fortune at this dump. Last week I bought two tobacco pipes that were priced at $9.99 each. When I got home I discovered that the young man, (who was very pleasant by the way) had charged me $14.99 for one of the pipes. He explained that he could give me a store credit but could not give me the cash back different which I was absolutely fine with.mr. Wild Bill's Tobacco is always a great experience! They offer an incredible selection of products, and I find something new and cool each time I visit.
