I go to this location a lot but was extremely disappointed this past visit regarding my mobile order. I placed an order when I was nearby and my app said to pick up in 6-9 minutes. I got in the drive thru line after 6 mins had passed (no other cars) and she said I was there too early and I was supposed to come 11 minutes after my order and it had only been 5(?)..also that I need to "keep that in mind and pay attention" when I order through the app. I politely told her that maybe there was a mistake because my phone told me I could pick up in 6 minutes, even states the time to pick up which it currently is that time, and she kept saying no it's 11 minutes. So I then showed her the pickup time the app displayed when I got to the window and received no apology. If no one is in the drive thru line I might as well just place a regular "in person" order through the speaker so I don't get berated and told I'm too early or lying. It kind of makes no sense if they can make the drink on time if you order it at the speaker, but a 6 minute notice isn't enough time if placed through the app. Either way I'm not sure what I'm supposed to "keep in mind" for...

2). Taking away the tray which dermarcate people's name on their drink was stupid. Customers are dumb enough before to pickup someone else's drink even though it wasn't their. And now Starbucks has replaced that system with decals of the alphabet on the counter. So now stupid customers can't tell an A from a C.
Furthermore, why do you have to get off of the service road into the entrance at 100 mph and not care that someone may be exiting just to get your coffee fix attended to.
Starbucks breeds stupidity with service and the customer drink it themselves and act that...
Read moreI always think it will be quick when I order a couple items that only require handing them to me (apple sauce pouch, piece of lemon bread not warmed up). I can see the bread, it’s right there, why can’t the person just grab one and hand it to me? I guess top priority goes to drive through and the mass of online orders which I’m sure roll in, but it’s just weird sitting there for 9 actual minutes while people roll in and out, and having to get in line a second time to ask the person for my item, which she then grabs asap and gives me. It really doesn’t do you any good to “just run in since the drive through...
