Totally incompetent and unprofessional!!! My husband took his Bulova watch in for a new battery. They replaced it and the next day he started to get condensation in the watch. We took it back and were told that the stem and crown were cracked - no problem with condensation prior to them replacing the battery. So he agreed to have them fix it. They said it would be 2 weeks. In 3 weeks they called us to come pick it up. When we got there, the watch wasn't ours. They found ours still sitting on a desk and the stem and crown were no longer attached. All they said was " don't know what to tell you". The owner got argumentative with us and we ended up taking our watch with us and took it to a jeweler in Waxahachie. When my husband originally dropped off my ring to be fixed; he was originally quoted 3 1/2 weeks. Well; our anniversary is before that. I won’t lie to you; I cried. So I called Lee’s. Was kinda mid panic attack.

Lee’s called my husband two or three days later and told him it’s ready.

When I went to pick it up (because you know I was excited, so I was the one who HAD to pick it up) the lady said “you’re the girl with the anniversary yea?” And I said “yea” she said “yes, I told him about it and he fixed it right away for you”

It was an easy fix and literally so nice of them. I just wanted to have all the necessities for our anniversary and I think my wedding ring is included in that, haha.

Lee’s jewelry has always provided me with excellent service. I started going in to get batteries for my watches and then I had a pair of diamond earrings that the screw on backs had worn out over the years, I went in and he put new posts and a different type of locking back on the earrings, I am very pleased with the way they turned out and don’t worry about the backs falling off and losing a diamond earring. Today I picked up my original wedding ring that’s 35 years old that they replaced a diamond and a prong on, it looks great and so shiny.
