Taco Bell — Restaurant in Midlothian

Let me start by saying I LOVE TACO BELL! I eat there probably once a week, love there food and even worked there for almost 3 years. Great place. But with that being said this is by far the worst taco bell I have experienced as far as customer service and speed I have ever seen. The previous time I went I ordered some stuff (and didn't check it till I got home unfortunately) I did not get all the items I ordered. I was aware of food shortages throughout America but didn't know what they were short on and they did not inform me when I ordered the food and they proceeded to charge me for it like I was actually gonna get. Chicken Quesdilla didn't have chicken, cheesy gordita crunch didn't have the gordita, received beef on another item when I was charged for steak and of course did not receive any sauce I asked for. Today did it for me. I went to get my son a bean burrito and a cheese Quesdilla and I waited in the line (which has no escape route btw) for almost 40 minutes!!!! I called to see whats going on in there and they said they were short staffed. Once my beard fully grew out and I started getting grey hairs and made it to the window I could clearly see at least 5 people "working" in there. I used to work there and its not that hard to sling some burritos and tacos down the line at a moderate pace. They looked like they were chillin and just talking and not actually working. They obviously did not care about the drive thru line that could be seen on Google maps as a potential accident in the area. This is an absolute disgrace and ridiculous to say the least. I've never banned a taco bell in my life to go to but this one I will never go to again. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Dont waste your life like I did tonight and go eat...

I can't believe the disresepect and lack of integrity I just dealt with and the insult to my intelligence by these CHILDREN working here. I ordered two orders of Nacho Fries and my first one was only half filled but I did not complain, thought they may have fell out into the bag. NOPE and my second one had even less fries. So I simply asked if they would fill the second one up and she said, " I will just get you a new set " I stood there as she pretended to pass time then handed me a new sack with THE SAME EXACT FRIES I HANDED HER. Didn't even add any hot ones on top. When I say down and looked back she was watching I assume to see my reaction as they all got a good laugh at this customer as they must laugh at many customers they screw out of money and time. I am starting to see why many people say these places need to hire Grown Ups who will actually work at their jobs and would not behave like a sarcastic teen like this kids did to me. Never eating at Taco Bell again....

I ordered from this fast food place through doordash. When I called the taco bell to ask a very simple request, which was to put some sauce in a bag. Not to hard of a request in my opinion. However Clint who was the manager at the time told me to ask my doordasher if they would because he won't and the proceeded to hang up on me not once but two times when I called back. That is completely unacceptable especially for a person supposed to be in a leading position. I think Clint needs to be retrained on customer service. On the other hand I ordered from here the other day and they forgot my sauce however that manager ( I unfortunately did not get his name) said he would send someone out to deliver the sauce! To which I said it's ok, there's no need. However THAT is customer service and going above and beyond. Unfortunately the service here is 50/50 sometimes it's great for a quick bite to eat and sometimes it's not even worth it. Really...
