The Catch Mwc — Restaurant in Midwest City

I was at this location on Friday, came in I guess closer to closing the bartender whom I am now told her name was Kennedy was rude. I went back in today to give this place another try because, I have been on a couple occasions and enjoyed the atmosphere. The bartender that was there tonight was nice. But I wanted to let the management know about my previous experience, and the manager, then proceeded to be rude to me on the phone as I was discussing with her what happened. I still tipped my bartender $10 as I wasn’t looking for any handouts, but just wanted to be handled a little differently. The manager took it upon herself to tell me that she was at home with her five year old daughter, and that the conversation was over. I was planning to bring new friends from Dallas, which is where I’m from in to this location this weekend as I have previously bragged about it. I won’t ever be back and I won’t bring anybody else with me. I asked the manager Who’s name is Ashley , was there anybody over her and she said no. That it was owned and franchised out. She also let me know that they get great stars on the customer service. I ask her what what does that have to do with the experience I have had? She was very rude from the moment she got on the phone, and unwilling to listen to what I was saying , She was already defensive, and had made her mind up that she was unwilling to even try to listen, or understand what I was saying. There was also a rude incident tonight with the server who brought me my food, but at least you apologize.and This place sucks as does the management!!! Been here a few times and loved it BUT.... this time 🤫not so much here’s why they close at 10 we got there about 9:05 I ordered the catfish and they went to order their pizza and was told they couldn’t take a pizza order because they were closing at 10.. That’s 50 min till closing time there are no signs stating you can order pizza after a certain time don’t give me wrong pizza I love that not so crazy about the catfish for me anyway but I felt like there should be signs up if you’re going to close at 10 and you can’t order pizza I guess after nine it should state it somewhere because even the lady at the register when I was ordering my catfish they said I’m gonna go order my pizza and she said OK and she didn’t even say anything. So just be aware if you go to this place don’t go there thinking you can get pizza if it’s after nine you might ask because it may even be earlier who knows we weren’t told so I just asked them to prepare my order as to go order wasn’t...

It's Friday during lent. They were busy. When we ordered, the staff member taking our order said they were out of crawfish, so I doubled my crab order to share with my 10 yr old who devoured almost all of it before I had a chance. Went to order another lb of crab, to find out that they WEREN'T out of crawfish. When our first order was brought to us, I asked the man for a 2nd plate since we were sharing the dish. I waited... and then finally had to get up and ask another member of the staff, along with asking for ketchup for our fries, because it wasn't offered. The food itself was good, this 1 staff member dropped the ball. The same man who took our order delivered our first batch of food. He completely missed his mark. The food was good for the price.
