Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Midwest City

Today my family and I went into CiCi's as we do most Sundays. However, this trip wasn't as great as normal. The tables were not cleared, the staff that should've been giving customers service were not behind the counter and pizza was not being put out at all. I stood there for minutes on end waiting for someone to ask if I needed anything. There was no one, no pizza to eat and no one to ask for what I wanted. Where were they? you ask! In The back shooting the breeze while one person girl tried to do the register and get them from the back to help. This so called manager is not worth a hill of beans. She was in the back with them talking and not managing like her title states. She condones these Shenanigans by being a part of it. The guy that is usually here was not and the business ran so differently when he is here. I ask Mrs. "Manager" if they would be working today or talking and she says "Yes they will be coming out." What the what!? Why were they back there to begin with and why are you not ensuring this place is running smooth when the owner is not here. I got a tip from the only worker that was working that this happens everytime she manages. Let me tell you, if the owner is not here the next Sunday we come, We will not be eating here. I wanted my money back just for having to wait for them to decide that they had customers and needed to actually work. Smh. I took pictures of the empty kitchen and counter with pizzas sitting at the end of the oven (getting cold) while they were in the back catching up with one another about a whole bunch of nothing. I would like the owner to reach out to me so that I could give him these pictures so that he may reprimand his "Manager" accordingly. Absolutely disappointed! Came last night with the kiddos and ordered buffet, paid over $40 met by lady who clearly was ready to go home. At that time we were the only customers and half of the dining room was closed. Since it was 9 pm and they close at 10 we immediately just ordered a couple pizzas. Grabbed a couple slices and went and Sat down and waited for our pizzas. Never came. They were put on the buffet and nothing was said. Went up after quite some time had passed and seen our pizzas were up there and grabbed some. By this time some others came in, lady still annoyed.... Man came and asked if he could take anything, he was polite... I neatly shift and stack and give to him and get up to go get me my last few slices almost 30 mins before close time and the buffet has been shut down, no last call, no warning NOTHING!! We don't get to eat out much and left hungry. Ridiculous! Been to this location maaaaannnny times, always been okay except this time. Do better, make people's day better! My son just had major surgery and me and my kids been up at hospital all day, we needed a break and something in our tummies. Took every penny in my pocket and left hungry. Just really disappointing. Thanks for reading my rant.

Edited to say I didn't realize the place had went down hill, just seen the last several reviews mention rude staff ... Obviously an ongoing issue. Maybe the rant isn't listened to...
