Mr. Game Room Game Truck — Local services in Mifflin Township

Scheduled a truck for my son's birthday and had to cancel last minute. After the fee for short notice cancelation, I was supposed to receive my refund for the remainder, about 250$. Was told it would be refunded then, and it would take a few days to process. A week later and nothing so I start calling them every day or two. After nearly 2 weeks, about 7 calls to the company, every time being told the same "I'll have the owner get in touch" with no one willing to speak to me or help me, I finally got my refund. The owner never called to say it was being worked on, never apologized, never explained anything. It's just there now. The lady who answers the phone is unprofessional and sounds like you're a bother every time she answers. My child’s birthday party was already in progress and children were looking for the truck when the driver called to tell us he was broken down 20 minutes away. 20 minutes, when he was due to be there in 2 minutes. We asked if he would be able to make it or whether we should break the news to our son. He said “I dunno.” This company claims a fleet of trucks and we asked if a replacement truck would be sent. He said “I dunno.” We asked to speak to his boss and get some answers and he said he could not make that happen or give out any information. This is the best party ever! My son and his friends had an amazing time! Our host, Amir, did an awesome job! He was so kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The company is extremely easy to work with, and the owner spent a lot of time on the phone with me before booking, patiently and thoroughly answering all my questions. The parents loved it too! One mom told me it was the best party because the parents could sit and relax and talk, and the kids were well taken care of in the truck for two hours. This is all my son has talked about since his party, and he is already planning another one. We will definitely use Mr. Game Room again. I can't recommend them...
