Simply a wonderful experience. Adda, the owner, is incredibly kind and helpful without any ounce of pushy-ness.

It’s recommended to set up an appointment to secure the availability of a fitting room (I think there are 2-3 fitting rooms), but appointments aren’t necessary. The dresses are hung and organized by size, with room to truly look through each rack. She takes each dress you are interested in trying on to your fitting room so you are able to look freely. The fitting rooms can hold 6 dresses at time. If you found more than 6, she places them in the fitting room, one by one, after you’ve tried the initial 6 on, while you look at each dress out in front of the mirrors. She also provides a robe for you to wear so that you are able to wear it if you’d like to look through more dresses to try on (a sweet little touch!)

One of the biggest reasons I loved my experience was Adda’s demeanor and attentiveness. At David’s Bridal, I felt overwhelmed with the amount of people present, looking at me and offering the obvious forced comments of “wow, that looks so good on you” felt insincere and inauthentic. Adda waited to hear MY opinion and only gave hers when she felt it appropriate, but was still incredibly encouraging and kind. I felt respected and cared for in a way that I hadn’t at any other dress store. She helped to adjust anything on each dress to make it look how it would after alterations and paired veils with each one to complete the look.

Adda provides an incredible selection. I wish I would’ve visited this shop first. I ended up finding 3 different dresses at different places, but didn’t love any of them. At 2 months before my wedding, I FINALLY found my dress here!

I cannot say enough good things about SGE Bridal Boutique! Do not let the size of the shop deceive you; it is packed full of so many unique and stunning dresses for an INCREDIBLE price! Before coming to SGE, I had been to a couple of the more mainstream commercialized bridal shops, and I can say wholeheartedly that my experience with SGE topped them all. The lovely ladies that run the boutique are all about helping you find that one perfect dress, and are super attentive and helpful without being too pushy. They value your happiness and satisfaction above all else because funnily enough, the wedding dress I ended up deciding on was actually one that my mom and future mother-in-law spotted tucked away on a rack as we were walking out of the shop following my appointment (I had put one on hold up at the counter but still wasn’t sure). Once they showed it to me, I immediately fell in love with it but knew my appointment time was over. I went out on a limb and asked the shop owner if I could try just one more dress on once a fitting room became available, and she was totally willing to accommodate me! It made me feel so special, and it was that kind gesture that led me to my DREAM DRESS!! They have a lovely selection of veils and accessories, as well. In fact, the veil I got from them looked as if it was made for my dress!! Now obviously because it is a consignment shop there really is only one of each dress in their inventory, but that just means that your dress will be all the more unique and special!! SGE Bridal Boutique was everything I could have asked for and more... My greatest fear with wedding dress shopping was an intimidating attendant taking measurements and drilling me with style questions I knew I wouldn't have the answer to. At SGE, we were welcomed in with smiles, shown where to find sizes and sale racks, and then given the space to just do our thing. My entourage picked out their favorite styles and the dresses were taken back to the dressing room for us.

My fitting was intimate, personal, and relaxed. At no point did I feel rushed or intimidated. I had the time to truly experience each dress and experiment with different style choices. I greatly appreciated the ability to explore outside of my go-to style and try on anything that caught my eye. If it weren't for that, I would not have found my perfect dress. I'm thrilled to have said yes to my dress at SGE Bridal Boutique! The dress AND the experience of finding it will never be forgotten
