On top of that, she addressed all of my questions about insurance and warranties and explained that she would remind me when it’s time to come in for prong checks and cleanings—so I never miss important routine maintenance. The finished ring is stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Basma also assisted me with repairs and sizing on another band that belonged to my grandfather, and the results were flawless. I am more than just happy with Rottermond Jewelers - I am impressed! My fiance surprised me with a custom style ring, and the diamonds were absolutely gorgeous. However, the setting that he chose was not exactly what I was looking for. I was upset and confused on what to do because I was holding in my hand a purchased ring that was not yet the ring that I could see me wearing the rest of my life. After expressing my worries in the ways that I knew I could, Christine calmed me down and ensured me that they will help me find the ring that I love.

Before this, I had no prior experience purchasing any jewelry and had never worn a ring on my fingers. Because of this lack of exposure, I did not know what I wanted but they never stopped believing that I would in fact find the ring that I love. Without any hesitation, Meagen came to the rescue. Her positive personality pepped me up and in turn opened my mind to shinier better things in life. With the custom opportunity to see the CAD model, the ability to adjust the design, and receive a wax mold of your ring is a perfect way to ensure that you truly will find the ring that you love. We found a setting that is low profile and holds the diamonds in the way that I was picturing. In addition, we even designed the wedding band which makes it all even more exciting!! I cannot express how happy and pleased I am with Rottermond's personnel, help and hospitality when I went to them to resize & redesign my husband's wedding band after his passing this past December. I also brought in a small Cross which was my last Christmas gift from Tom and Randy transformed it with the excess gold from Tom's wedding band, and made me a beautiful medallion. (And! He did so according to every "spec" I had a requested from him.) Both pieces are so BEAUTIFUL! I wept when I first saw them. I've never gone to a jeweler by myself, who put so much love, care & tenderness into a "work of Art!" From their Staff to their Artesian...this entire process & experience will always be among one of my favorite memories, despite the sorrow & loss that preceded my first visit to them. Tom's memory will remain forever, close to my heart through the ring I gave to him on top of a mountain in GTO, Mexico on our 32nd Anniversary in 2002.
