Village Toy Shoppe — Local services in Milford Charter Township

I was told one thing by the owner one week with my kids in the store, I came back the next week without my kids(to buy the toys I talked about) owner acted like she knew nothing about what she talked about and threatened to call the cops because she didn’t want to hear me repeat her exact words. Needless to say I picked my jaw off the ground and left! If you can’t run to Walmart or target you’ll need double the money to pay at this place. Best of all you get to experience the owners like it or leave it attitude ! Merry CHRISTmas to all even Mrs Scrooge herself

They have a pretty nice selection of toys, pricey, but a nice variety. Pretty disappointed to walk in the store with my family to the owner to stare at us and not greet us. Customer service is everything. Needless to say we bought toys for the kiddos. My wife came up to the counter and asked the woman how she was doing before she reciprocated and acknowledged us. We can go to Walmart and pay way less, but we don’t, and didn’t, because we support small businesses. She needs to appreciate anyone who walks...

Great toys. Disappointing service. I came in with the intention to buy. After an employee was taking toys out of my daughters hands to re-shelf them, I will not be returning. How is one supposed to ensure that their child will play with a toy if they don't see how they interact with it? Very sad experience! Toy stores should be fun & should be filled with happy people that don't get annoyed...
