For Feets Sake — Local services in Milford Charter Township

I can't say enough good things about "For Feets Sake"! High quality shoes, and Customer Service that goes WAY above and beyond! Tracy (the owner) has the patience of a saint, and always wants to make sure the customers are happy. I have a neurological condition that affects the nerve endings in my feet, and it is VERY difficult for me to find shoes. In spite of other customers being in the store at the same time, Tracy found a way to bring me a mountain of shoes to try on. She answered all my questions and remained cheerful and pleasant throughout the entire time. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about what it takes to get a good fit. I ended up finding shoes, but they did not have my size. Not only did Tracy order them for me, she also DELIVERED THEM TO MY APARTMENT at no extra charge! Now, THAT is Customer Service!!! Tracy is the absolute best. Was in 7/19 to get new shoes for my 4 year old, Tobias. We walk in, do our normal browsing thing and Tracy came to help out and made it an EXPERIENCE for Tobias. Did the foot measure, asked him what some of his favorite colors were, said I'll be back. Comes back with a stack of shoes that he might be interested in. Sat down with him and tried on every pair of shoes. The patience, knowledge, kindness, and everything in between was hands down amazing. I was blown away. Tobias can't stop talking about it. The staff are friendly and kind and helpful however if you have to order your shoes to get them delivered either to the store or to your house it will take a very long time. I ordered shoes two months ago and they took three weeks to get to the store when I tried them on they were too small so I took them back and asked if the shoes could be delivered to my house. They said they could, and that was over a month ago. I’m not saying not to do business here because everybody that works there is very kind but just be aware of the timeframe of when your shoes...
