This CVS deserves zero stars and should be shut down! Terrible service and the pharmacy obviously do not care about their customers or patients. I’ve had numerous experiences that just reinforce how terrible this location is.
On a professional note I am a nurse and whenever I need to call prescriptions in for my patients the pharmacists and techs are always very rude and give us a hard time saying they don’t have time for us. When I try to call in verbal prescriptions they say it is illegal and they often will put me on hold to “see what they can do” and then never come back to the call. I’ve been a nurse over 10 years and call in prescriptions all the time without issue. Any other cvs will take verbal orders and never give us a hard time.
On a personal note I’ve had issues as well! I needed to get a vaccine and I’ve had 3 appointments and everytime I show up they have been unable to give it to me for different reasons. One time they said they were too busy, the next time they didn’t have the vaccine available and the most recent time when I showed up for my appointment the doors were closed. I tried calling and waited on hold for ever. Standing outside the door for 15 minutes I could see workers walking around and finally someone came over and just kept shaking her head no but wouldn’t tell me why I couldn’t come in. No sign on the door or anything, they just weren’t letting customers in. These were SCHEDULED vaccines not even walk ins.
The pharmacy is absolutely terrible and should be shut down for malpractice. Patients being left without medications is unacceptable and the attitude of the staff there is atrocious. I will never personally use this pharmacy and wish my patients would stay...
Read moreBeing the only pharmacy that is open 24 hours in our area, my sister went to pick up a prescription before work at 3am and the overnight pharmacist was EXTREMELY RUDE! She had lost a few days of her prescription and her doctor sent in a few days until her next refill and she had spoken to a pharmacist and they saw the notes attached with the prescription and told my sister to come pick it up. Well my sister encountered this rude woman/pharmacist who was too lazy to pull up the script with the notes from the doctor and instead told my sister she was too early to pick it up and wouldn't fill the script. Beware of this wretched woman who is either Indian or Pakistani and takes pleasure in not taking the necessary steps by pulling up the script to see the doctors notes and instead and is condescending and makes the customer's life harder by not filling it. It was a fiasco. Thankfully a competent pharmacist looked at the notes the next day and filled it. But why should a customer have to go through all that because the pharmacist's doesn't want to do there job and is just plain lazy. THIS IS HER JOB AND IT WAS OVERNIGHT SO THERE WAS NOONE ELSE THERE!!? Really bad customer service has my entire family switching to...
Read moreI will echo the other reviews that this CVS location is to be avoided. The current manager will not accept printed manufacturer coupons. I tried to redeem coupons printed from a popular, reputable coupon site and she accused me of trying to commit fraud by photocopying coupons. I had several coupons that were legitimately printed, this coupon site has fraud protocols in place where you must enter your cell phone number and receive a verification code to print. Each coupon had a different bar code and serial number so it was obvious they weren't photocopies. She was extremely rude and humiliated me by yelling and waving her arms at the front counter accusing me of trying to commit fraud. This manager SHOULD NOT be working with the public in any capacity! Luckily there are multiple CVS locations in the area and I was able to purchase my products using the coupons at another location. Unless you want to be screamed at in front of people and accused of trying to commit a crime I highly suggest you choose another CVS location to do...
