I went to this store with a very simple question regarding some very nice, 70 year old china. The man I dealt with was so abrupt and rude. I handed him the plate and he flipped it over and said, "nope, we don't want it" and handed it back. I was shocked. When I asked why, he replied, "it has a gold rim. You can't microwave it or put it in the dishwasher. Nobody wants it. That's why we got so much of it sitting over there. Got anything else?" It was as though I was inconveniencing him to do what his website claims, which is provide information and conduct business, if there is a quality product. He was dismissive.
