I like the ice cream and all the treats, what I do not like is the staff's attitude. They really have to be trained on how to serve customers instead of making them feel like: "why did I come here for the ice cream?" Yesterday, I walked in with my husband for a java whip and I asked for straws because I need it ...? the girl asked: what? with that kind of "why are you still here" type of face. I said: Can I please have 2 straws...? She didn't even say sorry or she forgot...she just went to the back and looked for them. We went Sunday, early afternoon. I had an affogato and my wife had the edible cookie dough. The affogato is two shots of espresso over soft serve ice-cream. It was amazing! If you like coffee ice-cream, this is the best version you can have! The chocolate notes of the espresso really stand out with the coffee. I could have one daily to start my day! The cookie dough was sweet and the texture was great. It wasn't gritty like other edible cookie doughs she has had before. There was enough that she took half home. Over the course of two years of summer camp, I have brought over 400 sweaty campers to their store. And the boys LOVE it! I love how decent their prices are for them. And the staff is always phenomenal. they see my face as I walk with my group behind me and Caroline always greets me with a huge smile of "here we go again" we bike from our camp to the store which is only five miles away so its the perfect location, perfect food, and perfect staff. I can not say enough about this place and I just hope it remains a part of Milford for the campers to keep...
