We went to this location with the hopes to get a decent experience as we are ready to choose the right tile and purchase for our bathroom renovation. So, we are not browsers and ready to sit down and get going. We came here based on the 5 stars review but our experience was far from it. Came here at 5:45pm and they were opened till 7pm on Thursdays. Walked in, no one at the front desk and started looking at some tiles. 5 mins later, a tall young man with glasses came and greeted us and I told him what we were there for and he said we came to the right place and also explained the chaos in the showroom they were renovating. Then he was going to stepaway and I have questions, he answered and then he tried to walked away again and I have one more question. He replied and then he left and that was the last time I saw him. He was sitting at his desk throughout our visit and never came to check on us. We were blindly looking at the tiles without knowing what’s what as I knew there were different types that was why there were many samples in the store. We spent a good 15 -20 minutes without any help and we decided to leave as we didn’t feel like this person wants to work at all. While we were walking out, we saw him chatting with another guy at his desk. Don’t think he even notices that we were leaving. I think he didn’t want to work on that evening. I have high hopes for this place and thought we will purchase our tiles here but we will go some where else that has more respect for their customers time. Thursdays are the only day my husband can come and you’ve made it unpleasant for us. Asked my contractor who else would he recommend us who will give great service and he said Floors and Decor. We have been using pro source for over 20 years. My husband was a floor coverer and we sent all of our family and our friends there. Lenore was our to go to person for all those years we were like family. When I needed to purchase recently I went back to prosource and found Leonore had retired. I met Colby he could not have been nicer, friendly and helpful. After him getting samples for what I was looking at I still had questions and he reached out to the floor representative and had all the answers for me within the day. My husband wanted to see what I had picked out and it just so happened that week Colby was off on that Thursday. When speaking to him he offered to come in on his night off to meet my husband to show him what he needed to see for the project. Colby continued with weekly calls as to the availability of the product we had been looking at. I would highly recommend Colby and prosource for any of your flooring needs. Our order is now in and now Colby will be our new to go to guy in the future. The new store manager Adolino who also has been there for years is a perfect fit for store manager.
