I have to say , I been using them since i was 16 and now 52 , She always been great ,last winter she did 5 remote starts for me , some as gifts , I went in there weeks ago , ready to build my new system ,, she has a kid from back come out and help me , i brought a amp i had , they said was huge and was gonna be this and that , yet every time i asked , they give me no name to buy as a new one , we go in back to show me a woofer he has , The lady said she might have thrown out , He starts whining that the company replaced and said he could keep old one , it was good and his , all upset and more concerned of that , he says she will help you from here , she says then that she will call me with info and numbers , never does , so i bought a new system elsewhere , 4 - kicker solobaric 12” and a pro kicker amp 36000 , Sad as new help these days , brings down most great places , but at end of day she never called me back and i wanted a new system asap , I kept asking things and kept getting run around that day , I didn’t care about bigger altinator , 2 batteries , just get it and i want to drop off and do it , I use the same mom and pop places until something like this happens , Then i leave and let somebody else earn my business , i don’t ask for discounts , just want a great job , fair price , and be happy , Sad that it came to a kid whining about a free woofer that was his and could care less about the customer, when i got home , a buddy said , you sent me there and he also had a issue with that same kid , Also walked out , Funny cause the stuff i brought up that day , didn’t use any , bought all new , now i have somebody else install it that will want to help me , goodbye...
Read moreI made an appointment for 10:00 AM for 2 speakers, and called the following day to ask them if they could put in 4 speakers instead and retain the same appointment time. The owner said "yes". When I got there on time, the technician put the 11:00 appointment, a 3+ hour job in front of mine before starting on my car, citing the fact that I had changed my mind and fairness to the 11:00 customer. That would have been fine logic if not for the phone call I made in advance specifically to avoid that problem, and the fact that repair ended up taking only 1 hour and 12 minutes anyway even for 4 speakers. Therefore doing it at 10 when scheduled would not have inconvenienced anyone.
If I had known they wouldn't be ready to begin working on my car until 1:00, I would have been happy to have rescheduled or brought my vehicle back later in the day, which is why I called. A little better communication between the owner, the technician and me would have gone a long way.
For the amount I paid for the work, I do not believe I am being a Karen for being slightly annoyed that multiple hours of my time were wasted.
