Communication was always on point. Anything I emailed was responded to same day and if I sent a email late at night I got a response in the morning. The team is amazing and very helpful. Majority of my party was set up through communication and the day of was just a go live with everything we talked about and they accommodated fully and made my sons first birthday party a night to remember forever. One of the best places to host a party that I've ever been to. They were extremely attentive to our needs, made sure that every detail was perfect, and worked their butts off to make sure that everyone had an amazing time. Considering this was for a charitable event that they were extremely generous with, we can't say enough about it.
