Sbarro — Restaurant in Milford

Went in to get a bite to eat got spagetti and meatballs and a salad. As she was preparing it i asked if she had cheese for the spaghetti she did not answer. She went and put a slice of pizza in the oven, after she took care of 2 other people she bagged up my order i asked again for cheese i paid her $22.50 which i thought was a little steep took the bag and began to leave, she said i still had a slice of pizza I said i didn't order a slice she insisted i did charged me 5 bucks for it. After about 20 mins of waiting to get my money back they couldn't get the register open finally another lady just gave me 5 dollars. This is not the first time i have had issues here but it will...

Stopped at this service center to get some gas, decided to grab a quick slice for the rest of my drive home, first off the lady spoke very softly and i couldn’t hear her, i had to ask her to repeat herself 3 times. What i heard was “no need to heat it up it’s just came out fresh” i paid $7 for the slice and drove off. The pizza was cold as heck, and it was disgusting probably because it was cold since I’ve had sbarros before and they have been great. I really hope this lady would just take the extra couple minutes to heat up...

This was my first experience getting a Stromboli, or anything else at a Sbarro resturant.It will be my last. Nice presentation, with all that butter shining on the bread, under those lights, but looks can be decieving. Cardboard with butter, could not have been any worse and I would still have the 12 bucks I wasted. I was not impressed in the least. There were alot of other selections that might be better.
