Wrong online purchase sent out for a Christmas present. If the item sent out is incorrect, and in addition more expensive than the original coat ordered, the stores policy should accommodate their mistake. Luckily she liked the coat however, it was small and they would not allow the exchange. I had to explain to the recipient that I originally ordered a coat that was at a lower price. Incredibly embarrassing! I’ll think twice before purchasing from a company that won’t own up to their mistakes.
