Kendra Scott — Local services in Millburn

The sign in the Kendra Scott store located inside the ShortHills mall said two for seventy dollars but for some reason when I arrived at the register I never received this deal. Although I specifically asked the salesperson if the items I liked were part of the deal. I didn't realize it when I was in the store because I purchased so many items. Also there was a piece of jewelry on display I liked so I asked for a new one , the sales lady took the display to the back then told me she found one in the back, when I asked where is the display she said oh I left it in the back. When I asked her to show it to me she said she couldn't right now because the rose gold was a winter color so they will be removing those items from display for the next season. I feel the store salesperson did not tell me the truth about the rose gold bracelet or the rose gold design your own display being removed due to a season change out. Usually values are something that roll from the top of an organization down since I don't feel I was treated with honesty I can't in good conscience buy Kendra Scott products again or recommend this store. After placing an order of jewelry boxes and necklaces online for Christmas, I went to the Kendra Scott - Short Hills Mall location to exchange one of the jewelry boxes because my daughter wanted a different color.

One week later, I went to wrap presents, and I realized that I left one of the KS necklaces in the jewelry box I had returned. I was so upset.

I went back to the store the next day, explained the whole story (and showed my receipts). The saleswoman, Hannah, was so kind and understanding, and replaced the necklace.
