I went to The Short Hills Mall to get my Overnight Reset Serum, my favorite hand lotion Shea Butter, soaps, gift sets etc.... This product line is magical, I can really tell the difference in the morning when my skin is glowing and looking refresh. I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany and Marilyn who welcomed me at the door. These ladies are rock stars! Their customer service is FIRST CLASS. Tiffany I believe is the store Manager...(if she's not then she should be). She was very helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that I am completely taken care of. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I had some issues with my account and I was extremely impressed on how determined she was to solve my problem. I can tell right away that she loves her job.

Marilyn was also very friendly, patient and helpful. The customer service I received from these ladies are extraordinary. I left the store feeling great and knowing that my business was appreciated. My wife and daughter made me go on the factory tour in France. I got hooked. The products actually work! And they have men-specific products that are simple and clean.

This was my first store visit ever. Needed to get a refill. It really is a beautiful store. Open, bright, very hip. Loved the lighted shelves. The young woman who helped me was extremely helpful and pleasant. She offer some good advice, told about new products coming, and offered me sample packets of various things.
