Pandora — Local services in Millburn

There’s an associate who helped me, didnt catch her name, she has blue hair and wears glasses. She obviously needs to go back to elementary math class. I was trying to ask her if the silver snake bracelet comes in one size bc the website only has a size of 11inch…first she saids they only go by cm and they are 16cm and the bracelet only comes in one size. So I asked her what is 11inch in cm? Then she said 27cm. Obviously I was confuse…so how are they the same bracelet? She said it’s different conversions…like I was the stupid one. If 11in equals 27cm how can it be the same bracelet as the 16cm. She got frustrated bc I ask questions, which makes me feel that she just want me to pay and so she can get her commission. She’s obviously not listening to what I want instead trying to sell me what she likes.

The whole time I kept my smile when I ask the questions and my tone was very nice. On the other hand She roll her eyes and kept on tsk tsk at me…then ask her manager to helped me. I would’ve given this review a negative 5 star if it wasn’t for the manager. She was helpful I completed my purchase in 5 minutes. The manager’s service was a 5 star.

Either train your staff to be more competent or at least try not to roll their eyes in front of...

If i could not give a star i would i only gave one cause you have too I Went into pandora in short hills on October the 4 between 3:30 and 4 to purchase some charms an the customer service was disgusting. One sales person was fixing her eyelashes and was putting prices tags on charms, we stopped right in front of her asked her some questions not one time did she respond, and the only one that spoke was at the register she answered the question from across the store the employee that work here need to have a class on interaction with the public cause clearly they have none. If it was not for the young lady in the back of the store at the counter yelling across the store too help noone would of answered my question. They didn't even show or offer to came too show us any charms, we never had eye contact, the fact that it was ok too them was appalling to me and the one fixing her eyelashes never put the mirror down. i would not expect this type of unprofessiona...

I always have such a wonderful experience at Pandora Short Hills—I've been there multiple times just this past week! Fercandy was absolutely amazing. She helped me find the perfect bracelet size and went above and beyond to locate two charms I had been searching everywhere for. She quickly coordinated a charm transfer from another store and made the whole process so smooth. I truly appreciated her kindness and efficiency!

Kennya was also incredibly helpful—she took the time to track down another charm I had missed during the summer sale. Both Fercandy and Kennya were so personable and attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process.

Big thanks as well to Sydney and Chris, who helped me out during my in-store visits. The whole team is welcoming, kind, and truly a joy to interact with. I’ll definitely be coming back again...
