My husband and I signed up for Patty's Modern Italian Cooking Class and we had such a great time! We can definitely say that we both learned something new and she gives you a copy of the recipes with detailed instructions so you can go home and try it on your own! There was so much food to eat that we had left overs to take home and enjoy again! I was so impressed with Patty's kitchen that I treated my mother in law to Patty's Mediterranean Class, where you learn how to make homemade Hummus (which is 100x better than the hummus you find in the grocery stores!) Both classes were excellent and I consider myself a "beginner" when it comes to cooking fresh homemade meals. Chef Patty is an incredible person. Intelligent, patient, fun, and interactive. I have been to cooking classes before, but Patty take's the experience and brings it to a much higher level. Chef Patty makes learning about different cooking techniques so approachable, you feel very comfortable with the entire class experience. The price for the class includes EVERYTHING you will need. Patty supplies the ingredients, tools, and equipment for the class. Not only that, but you make so much food, you are definitely blessed with leftovers! Patty hosted a party for us and the experience was great! She was responsive and helpful when arranging the class, tailoring the menu to work around a couple food allergies. During the class (Italian/pasta), she kept the atmosphere light and fun but very informative. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The food was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers.
