Haven't had this place in about 2 years and I was reminded why. Ordered take out and got, wings gluten free mushroom raviolis, sweet potato fries a brussel and kale salad. The wings were cold. The barbeque wings were overdone but also cold as if they just took the sauce right out of the freezer and poured it on the wings. The Buffalo wings were underdone and rubbery as if they were not cooked enough. The wings I would not recommend getting because you could just buy the same quality from the grocery store and pop them in the toaster oven and save yourself money and disappointment. Oh boy.... the gluten free mushroom ravioli..... what a mess overall. Not ravioli so why even offer it on your menu? They just took ratoni pasta, buttered it up and threw some canned mushrooms in it and sent it out of the door. It was not flavorful at all, there were barely any mushrooms in it and it was NOT ravioli. The sweet potato fries were way greasy than a five guys bag of fries. Not only where they very greasy and not crispy, they were very off-putting. They smelled like fried fish and there was an after taste of fried fish as well. You could tell that they did not change the oil and used the same oil that is was to make fish and chips. I took 2 fries and my partner took a couple and we made the executive decision to throw them out. By throw them out, I mean go into the back in the woods of my house and throw them out. The coyotes had a treat at least, if they got past the fish smell. The salad was just store bought manufactured quality salad. I could have gone to Target or Market 32 and bought a salad mix kit and enjoyed that much more because you at least could change it up with some extra ingredients in the house. My whole takeout experience was just very poor. You you pay 70 bucks for food, you want to at least taste the skills of the chefs and cooks in a restaurant. Everything was just manufactured stuff that you get from a grocery store and just pop in a microwave or dump in a fryer. For a chain/franchise restaurant, you would think that the quality would be better but after this experience I can see myself just firing up my own grill. If you really want food out of the freezer, buy groceries. Provided a picture and you tell me if that was worth $70. We did not eat all the food because we were so disappointed. We ordered backup food from A and D Pizza. Their Gluten free pizza and their wings made the night a little bit better and their wings were actually cooked right, hot and spicy. I will not be ordering from or dining in any 110 Bar & Grill for any foreseeable future. Sorry for the long review but I need to provide the full experience that led me to give a 1 star rating.

Wow is all I can say. 110 Grill is usually a safe bet, as I have always enjoyed several locations. This location was horrible. This chain is notoriously busy at most locations. Not this one, 1/4 full at best on a Sunday evening at 6. That had me wondering. The 3 of us all ordered the same thing, the steak tips. Had them at 110 many times, and always enjoyed them. Well, we ordered 2 for medium rare, and one for medium. What we all got was well done. Bourbon glazed? Are you kidding? Tasted like a splash of white wine and then grilled to medium brown. That was just the food. Apparently, one of the employees, (guessing a manager) seemed to think it was okay to park their UN-attended kids in a booth for six near where we were sitting. One was maybe 6 the other maybe 4. Wrestling around and making noise, running around the kitchen/server area, no shoes, all over the booth with those same socks that just ran around the restaurant floor. On what planet is this okay? Especially at a 110 Grill. I called the manager over at that point and told him of our experience. The one tiny bit of credit goes to the manager for taking 50% off the bill. The rest was an utter fail. Sorry folks, that is squarely on poor management. Everyone is hurting for help, but at least train the ones you have. No more 110 Grill for this family.

Food: the food was probably the worst that I’ve had today and I’ve came to this location multiple times before. Not sure if they decided to just downgrade the food or kitchen staff was in a bad mood. This was just unacceptable. Crab raccoons dip was just fake crabmeat with mozzarella cheese on top with very salty paprika chips that were stale. The serving size was probably only half of the bowl and you can probably get like six chips dips before you empty it out. The honey, hot chicken sandwich barely got any sauce on it. It was a completely dry sandwich with maybe a drizzle honey…Compared to the other photos that others have post of the sandwich, that’s just terrible. Caesar salad was fine, the chicken wasn’t even seasoned just seared on the grill. Service: Our server was nice, she did her job. Ambiance: since this is a recent build on the restaurant franchise. It does have a beautiful bar to sit in the dining hall near the kitchen is rather a nice ambience for nighttime. Location accommodation: it’s in the Blackstone Valley Plaza, but a little bit before you enter into the plaza right next to the movie theater on the lower level. It looks a lot bigger on the inside than it does on the inside, then it does on the outside.

We visited the 110 Grill in Millbury MA for the first and last time today. After waiting in the doorway for 5 minutes while they walked back and forth multiple times figuring out where we should sit (the place was maybe filled to 15% capacity), we were finally seated at an awkwardly high booth in the bar area. We started with an app of fried pickles - very small portion for the price (and for four people), but I think one person could be satisfied with it. Maybe two. I love salt but these were too salty, even for me. The mustard dipping sauce did help balance it a bit. We waited a LONG time for our meals after that. When they finally arrived, they had nicely split the gnocchi bolognese into two dishes as my kids were splitting it - this wasn’t a cheap move on our part, they are small and dislike kids meals because they have taste, so we let them split a pricier adult meal. They were pleased enough. Hot honey chicken sandwich was fine, fries were lukewarm. My meal was a Greek tragedy. I asked for the Greek salad and requested the balsamic glaze on the side instead of the lemon oregano dressing. This isn’t a big ask, they were happy to do it. I started picking through the salad and noticed the pickled red onions and feta were missing. If your Greek salad doesn’t have feta, what is the point? It was basically romaine cores and pepper strips. We asked the server where the toppings were and they offered to have a new salad made, “the person making it was new.” Well. I decided to kindly point out that if they’re new…they might need to be taught that the yellow pieces of romaine don’t make a good salad and they shouldn’t be putting the cores in there. This was not relayed to the back because new salad arrives and it was just as nasty as the first. (It was definitely a new gross salad, not the old gross salad). Everyone else was done eating so I did what I could to eat a few bites and didn’t leave any of the tablespoon of feta behind, obviously. We paid the bill, which included the salad. In my opinion, the appropriate response would have been to be kind and offer a dessert on the house (cheaper option) or to remove the salad from the bill (loss for the company but overall goodwill might have improved experience enough for us to try again). Instead, I left dinner feeling like I had eaten four slices of pickle and a tablespoon of feta. The whole experience was weird and/or bad and we won’t...

Usually this is one of our favorite places. Today however, not so much. We went for dinner and the place was not busy. We even overheard one worker ask another if they are always this slow. The waitress came and took out drink and appetizer order (fried pickles). We were sitting in front of the kitchen so we saw our order come up. It sat under the light for almost 5 minutes. After we got our food, the waitress did not come see how things were until we were half way done. She didn't ask if I needed more water till my glass was empty. Like I said, it was not busy at all and the waitress walked past our table a number of times to go behind the petition and talk with other staff. When she did come to the table her attitude was curt and quick. I do have to give a huge kuddos to the kitchen. Not once did I see them talking to each other unless it has something to do with the food. Even when they were not that busy did they hang around and talk. I did tell them the food was excellent and one of them thanked me and said that it meant a lot . I don't have a problem with staff talking when they are not busy, but customers should not be ignored. UPDATE The day after this review, I recieved an email from the owner apologizing for the awful experience and "if you're willing to give us a second chance, please subit your information here and a member of our management team will reach out to you". This was 2 weeks ago and I have submitted more information twice and still no response. This does not sit well and tells me that they really do not care about their customers experiences or opinions, and that the reply was just to make them look better to themselves. Shame on you 110 Grill for not...
