Mortified. I don't know where to start, so I'll start from the beginning. My wife ordered a burrito and witnessed the incredibly sloppy looking women (and I mean sloppy! Jailhouse tattoos, pants hanging low, xxl teeshirt) not only touch a dirty towel with the same gloves she assembled her burrito wife, but actually allowed the dirty towel to hang into the burrito! Then to kick it off, when the burrito reached this second employee (the same one mentioned previously), rather than asking her what type of salsa she wanted, the employee stared my wife down and then my wife actually had to ask what the next step was! Not just rude but also extremely unintelligent and a chip on her shoulder!!! Fire he already!!! On to the next set of atrocities, my tacos. The first step went well, but then the second employee (same one as above) had to sneeze... To her credit, the turned and sneezed into her armpit, kind of... But also in the direction of the grills, ewwww really? Then as we are paying, this women then completely ignores us and pushes my tacos to the clerk by sticking her hand (still wearing the same gloves she she keeps touching the towel with) into my tacos, rather than pushing the plate it was on. Why did she do this? She was too busy joking around with the clerk. Completely oblivious to the fact she was being paid to work with customers. Next... We are eating and here comes the same dirty towel and dirty gloves to wash the table we are already eating at.... Seriously? Then she returned to assemble food... No glove change. The I am in dire need of a hand wash and notice a smelly, full urinal and decide to help them out and hit the flusher... Guess what? Clogged drain... I give up.
If this were my business I would close it down for a week for a good scrubbing and completely overhaul the staff.

Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of Qdoba for over a decade. Throughout the years, I’ve consistently chosen the Millbury location for its convenience, reliable food quality, and typically welcoming atmosphere. It’s been my go-to spot for quick, delicious meals, However, tonight’s experience was disappointing to the point that it stood out as one of the worst in all my years of visiting.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear something was off. The staff seemed disengaged and unorganized. The line moved at an agonizingly slow pace, even though there were only a few customers. When it was finally my turn to order, I was greeted with indifference, as if my presence was an inconvenience. The employees were flat out rude. The employee taking my order rushed through the process, barely making eye contact or listening to my requests. I Had to wait for the employees to finish their personal conversations and count out tips, it literally felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant I’ve frequented for so long. It’s disheartening to see a place I once praised for its consistency and customer service drop to such a poor standard. While I understand that staffing issues or occasional off-nights can happen, tonight’s experience felt more like people who just don’t care.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to restore the level of service that loyal customers like me have come to expect. It’s not just about the food—it’s about the overall experience, which tonight was...
Read moreMe and a coworker ordered two burritos online. I went in to pick them up and the fat lady who always does the register who i am assuming is a manager was very rude when i stated i had two orders to pick up and with an attitude she goes "ya i know." Told her there was no need to be rude. I brought the food back to work and we go to eat our food and they forgot extra meat in one which was paid for and messed up the stuff that was supposed to be in it, along with the other burrito as well. Called to complain to let them know the order was wrong and the manager started yelling and cutting off my co-worker when she was explaining the mess up. The manager first said she watched the girl make it then changed her story saying she made them and knows what was put in them and that we were wrong. As a manager if you make it, it would have been done correctly. We dont ever call and complain about food we order from anywhere or write a review but this was just obsurd as to the way she was treating customers as a manager rather than apologizing for the mess up and fighting with my co-worker. At the end she said all pissy with an attitude "fine I'll just put your receipts in the office for next time and you won't have to pay for your food." Guarantee when we go to get food next time they will tell us that they have no record of our receipts in their office. I love going here but that lady is going to prevent a lot of customers from...
