Only leaving 1 star because I have to for the review but I would give zero stars if possible. It says in the name COLDstone and when I went there the ice cream was melting as soon as she gave it to me. Their plate isnât keeping the ice cream cold and they donât care to fix it. Very upsetting to spend 10$ on melted ice cream. Not only that, the workers are incompetent. Donât greet you when you come in, donât even make eye contact with you as you place ur order. Working in customer service means providing quality service and if you canât even look at me or say hello I will never come back. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for ice cream. Do not give this place ur money. They do not care about the quality of the service or product they provide . Itâs a shame when youâre charging 10+$ for the SMALLEST size. Cold stone do better. Management step it up because I am embarrassed for you. Like I said, I will never come back. I donât leave bad reviews lightly and I donât consider this a bad review just an honest review. Awful customer service, I ordered a birthday cake 24hr in advance like I do so every year said that I would pick it up by 4pm since I had my birthday dinner at 6. Was told to wait 15 minutes twice so 30 minutes at 5pm an hour after waiting for the cake I decided to buy one they had in there freezer when I asked why they just couldnât be honest as in not having the cake ready the girl at the register said â itâs my fault, but too late to do anything nowâ she was super Unapologetic and she really didnât care. Every year for 5 years Iâve gotten my birthday cake at this location and if I would have known I would have had to get something else last minute would have taken my business else where. Passive aggression is not something you should serve along with ice cream.
Especially when someone asks you to repeat yourself only one time because they couldn't hear you properly through the mask with the machines going, it's pretty disrespectful.
Also, if you don't mind someone rolling your eyes at you because all you did was order 2 items for you and your partner then yeah the ice cream is brilliant but you might expect better service from fast food joints.
I also get and understand that we are people and have our own issues and have bad days, but don't project that on strangers. Especially when the stranger gave you a nice tip the first time you gave them rude service.
