If I could give 0 stars, I would. I live quite far from this marshalls but I was out that way so I stopped. While I was checking out and my card was in the machine, the register crashes. They told me I had to pay for everything again, before I did that I checked my mobile banking app and the money already came out and I told them that and even showed them the transaction on my banking app, the manager then tells me, oh thats fake, it'll go away because it was cancelled and she was arguing with me because I was telling her it went through, it's not pending. But I ended up paying for it anyway, and I called my bank today because the money was still gone and the charge is still there, and guess what!? They charged me twice just like I said. So now I have to go to my bank, get a statement, and drive way outta my way to get MY money back that shouldn't have been taken in the first place. Horrible service. Horrible manager. All-over...
Read moreI actually drive out of my town to go to a different TJMaxx or Marshalls. Ever since they made this into a Marshalls/Homegoods but kept the same store foot print, I hardly ever shop at the Millbury location. It is packed to the brim, but not in a good way. The aisles have barely enough room for 1 person with a cart. The shelves and racks are stuffed making it difficult to browse to the point where I give up. I wanted a picture frame on a top shelf and gave up since it was 3 back. I’m 5’5” so not short and I could not safely get the frame. Just way too much inventory for the size of the store. The women’s plus section is squished and surrounded by so much other stuff. I just gave up on shopping for clothes. The beauty supply section has shelves that are so high that it’s like walking in a cave. Just not a relaxing...
Read moreUsually live this chain of stores, can poke around and find all kinds of bargains. This particular location had very little selection. Nothing for Thanksgiving (was there before Thanksgiving) and was all Christmas. Was specifically looking for a tablecloth and none to be had. The bright spot was a lovely associate that tried hard to help me out and managed to find holiday napkins. On the other hand, the cashier that check rang me our made it so I would NOT return. Was trying to access rewards and asked her do I use app or website and her response was 'I don't know'. Which would be ok IF she asked an associate for the information instead of just standing there looking at me. Will not return to this location and would think twice about...
