Mike Machuga's Next Level Pro Shop — Local services in Millcreek Township

Edit: I had them fill and re-drill a ball given to me by my boyfriend and holy cow! I was so nervous of how it would look but it looks great! They did an excellent job trying to color match the ball, especially given the different colors and shades they were trying to mimic. The re-drill fits my hand perfectly and I couldn't be happier.

Original: My boyfriend and I went to this pro shop over the weekend and fell in love with the service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and were eager to help us the moment we walked in. Even though they were packed with multiple customers at any given time, they made sure that even if they were working with other patrons, you still felt like a high priority. I'm a novice bowler and was looking to get a spare ball for myself but didn't really know what I wanted/needed. I was able to get a ball that I am absolutely in love with, and the custom drilling fits my hand perfectly. Overall this shop is much better than the pro shop I typically go to in NY in regards to customer service, product selection, knowledge, and overall environment. Although this shop is an hour from my house, I plan to use them as my go-to for all future needs.

Walked in needing a ball for a specific s.e.t. of lanes in 6 hrs(name secretly embedded)and was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff. After explaining what I was looking for both gentlemen added input back and forth and we settled on a Global 900 C4 Ordnance. They had not drilled a ball for me ever. The patience the staff had with barely any info on me was unparalleled. After 10 to 15 minutes of relevant questions from both of them..I got pretty much what I hoped for.
