Subway — Restaurant in Millersburg

Horrible service. They will get any and all online orders before yours, even if your standing there in person waiting. Waited 20 minutes a few weeks back with only one person in line in front of me. The manager (Pam) fixed 6 footlong subs (online order) in front of me while I waited patiently. Once it was my turn she had the nerve to fix my sandwich along with the lady next to me. We weren’t together and she knew it. After I confronted her as to why this is taking so long and why she’s making my sandwich along side someone else’s, she actually took my 1 sandwich, put it on the counter behind her and told me if I don’t approve how they handle things I need to go elsewhere. She wasn’t going to let me buy my sandwich. Needless to say I left with my sandwich I waited forever on. I contacted the owner and he won’t even respond so he probably could care less. The most regularly disappointing subway I've ever been to.. and somehow it feels like the woman who regularly made said disappointing sandwiches is now training the rest of the employees.

They never heat meats for the sandwiches long enough, you can't put cold chicken cubes into the toaster and expect it to be warm in the tiny time you use to toast bread. And (surprise surprise!) it's usually cold.

These 'artists' never listen to any modifier words... ask for a "tiny bit more" or a little more...nope, you're getting a massive amount of whatever it is.

Then when they can barely fold the sandwich up and wrap it all sloppily in the paper they give you a single napkin...

Also whoever at subway corporate changed the pepper jack cheese into a nasty melty piece of wax needs...

I was just at the subway location on South Washington in Millersburg Ohio. I placed an online order and clearly instructed them not to toast the sub and they toasted it. I called in and they told me to bring it back and I they would remake it so I went back and the lady that Helped me to begin with was very polite than the manager came up and was very rudely asking me if I wanted to meet you or not which I said yes the meat could be heated just do not toast. The bread did not say OK no nothing as she was rude. About other question and then once I answered her slammed the window shot in my face. This is not how you run...
