Ordered and paid for 3” earrings on August 14 2020. Never received them. I contacted the owner who assured me my merchandise was being shipped to her. I messaged the business and owner 6 times over 3 months with the same reply “your items are being shipped to me”. I understand she is a middle man but business is business. On a lighter note I found a reliable site that was half the price and was delivered in 3 days. Way better merchandise and...

After reading the reviews... looks like I wasn't the only one who lost out on money, complained, got ignored, and am still without a refund or product. I'm sure you got my last email, but you refused to respond. And you probably should've sent that apology that's on your website to each customer that was affected since you don't do "bad business" those were the words you used right? That's common courtesy at the least 🙄. Still blaming...
